Wait a minute! I remember now!
Cromwell was in a the play from Christmas at church this year. It was going through the ages with Christmas celebrations, and this scene was a lot of people celebrating Christmas in a church by attending a service. Cromwell came and threatened everyone, condemning them of heresy and sending them all to prison. Here, there's even a pic of us all:
