Ok I think you need to take a step back and calm down Bekuki.
If you don't think anything's wrong than just keep doing what you're doin.
Either DA will shut you down or they won't.
Sheezy Art's there if you wanna ditch DA altogether.
There's no need to get riled up.
Scrumyummy's just goin by what the policy says.
Whether people read it or not, it's still there in plain text.
Like it or not, it's their system and their rules honestly.
Let's not fight each other please.
We are all mature people here, so let's act as such.
Edit:
I think it might even be best if we just drop this subject altogether and let this thread die before it gets worse. Can we all do that? |

And I am NOT an art theif. You take those words and put them back where they came from. Because that's not me. And art theif just right clicks, saves, and uploads. I put time and effort INTO EVERY PIECE. I AM NOT AN ART THEIF. GOT IT?
Oh, and I'm still arguing.
The overall point is I WORK MY BUTT OFF DOING ALL MY ART. Therefore, I DO NOT feel like they have the right TO DISMISS ALL MY EFFORT and just remove it. And right now, I'm feeling YOU'RE dissmissing it too. End of disscuison, it may sound ignorant, but don't repely, because I DO NOT want to be warned by the admins for arguing over something like this. Okay? I'm done here, and so are you. |

If you aren't going to read the policy, and you aren't going to abide by it, then you have no right to complain when they delete one of your pieces. And again, no, tracing is not allowed. It's not up to interpretation.
Art made from dolls is not allowed, either. That is also considered plagiarism.
Yes, you put effort into your work. I have recognized that from the beginning. I have never dismissed, nor will I ever dismiss your work. DA isn't dismissing your work, either--they are removing it because it is against their rules. I'm sorry.
I'm not arguing with you. I'm trying to explain how DA works and why they removed your artwork. It's not a moot discussion. |

If you wanted to stop you shouldn't say anything after "please do not continue"
I want both of you to drop the subject.

Coming from an authority on the board, I'm going to lay this out straight.
Scrum has the most valid points in this discussion. Scrum has actually done the legwork as she has proven before in the art thieves thread of reading and quoting the DA policy.
If you can't get permission - don't use it. Period.
Also, if you want to end a discussion you don't keep tossing in your two cents after saying you are going to end it.
Also, Netiquette states that excessive use of CAPS is yelling. So although you say you aren't arguing, your excessive use of CAPS and continuous overstatement of points and lack of attention to the facts betray your words..
So put it in check.
