$140 for a 36G hard drive.
Have fun man.
The seek times aren't worth that kind of money to me.
I'll stick with 7200. 10000 isn't worth the cash right now. |

Even though its a Raptor drive and Andy about busted a **** <---PG 13 post over these things. I know plenty of things that I can spend $300-400 dollars on that will do me a lot more good.

Bare drive is $120 and I have found them cheaper. I have noticed a drop in load times and encode times on video products when I upgraded to a sub 5ms drive. Considering what is paid to increase system speed and you have to buy a hard drive anyway so why not spend a couple more $ for an ultra fast drive? |
