I must say that I really enjoyed the movie. I really liked the fact that it was darker than the first one, and JD did an awesome job. The only thing I didn't like, which had nothing to do with the movie itself, was the ass-hats sitting behind me. The freakin thearter was virtually emty, and they came in and sat right behind me and Brandi, talking the whole time. wanted to kill them all.

I finally saw Charlie and the Chocolate factory, last night ; ~ ;

Oh my goodness! It was so fun! I very much appriciate that is kept closer to the book and that Johnny Depp didn't try to be Jean Wilder playing Willy Wonka. He also swore in an interview that he wasn't inspired by MJ either >.>;

I love Roald Dahl Books and Tim Burton is amazing - and the combonation was magic ^_^

At first, I thought the humor was a little flat and obvious, but then again - the way Willy Wonka was played, the man was a little depraved of human contact and a normal up bringing and friends - so he is going to seem a little wierd and nerdy, and his humor a little outdated and strange ^_^

The Oompa Lumpa's were scary O_O
