I know that all too well, but its not just the shoes. Chixie loves shoes and since meting her I've found myself looking at womens shoes as their walking past and saying to chixie "I like her shoes".
anyway moving on.
Using movies and music as a similarity does make sense, but it also could be deemed as completely different. 9 times out of 10 women who are dressed the way they are in films and in music videos or whatever CHOOSE to do so. Jessica Simpson took on the role of Daisy Duke knowing that she'd have to wear the hotpants and whatnot. But my argument can backfire against me (Don't worry, I end up doing this alot) the female characters in games are creations of another mind and so theyre going to be made how that persons mind would like to see them.
I know when I attempt to draw women, theyre chests are usually a little larger than the picture I'm using as a reference. But then so are their eyes and legs. I guess this argument could go on forever with equally good points coming from both sides, and it will be something that will always be around. Because people create things that are pleasing to their own eyes. |
