The Challenge the Enon (Meekachu) Project

I might start with like getting a Meeka Writing challengeThing started. Random people or people who know me give me a subject, a length, and a time limit and I have to write it. The genre doesnt have to be specific. You're welcome to suggest what POV or anything else.

I can choose not to write it but if I do make that choice the next challenge would have to be accepted and the length would be doubled.

Nothing has to be connected but I can choose to do so if it fits.

Anyone want to participate?

Interesting, like a create a short story challenge?
I'd like to throw my hat in as well to do something like that.
Not right now as I'm busy busy sorting things out but definitly love to do something like that.

Other are welcome to joining. But what I had in mind is for example:

Subject: star crossed lovers fantasy like races
Length: 3 1/2 pages
time limit: 3 days

Then I would make or whomever would make a note of which challenge they accepted and when it was done (accepting of the challenge) Then the person who issued the challenge can then harrass that person at the end of three days and the writer would post whatever was written as long as it fell under the guidelines that work for this forum.

It doesnt have to be a master piece just an exercise in deadlines and coming up with something.

We could always do a Story Trade thing. That is, set up a list of people wanting to write, draw names out of a hat, and write stories for each other-- the one having the story written for them can decide what they want, the other can live up to the challenge.

It's common practice in a lot of Livejournal Fanfiction communities to do that. It's also rather rewarding most of the time. And we could have a specific date when all the stories are due, a thread to post the finished ones/summaries of what's requested and who's writing what.

It'd be fun. ^_^

Humm maybe it can be two pronged and we do both ideas. That way the writers can pick the one they feel the most comfortable with at what ever time or that fits with the rest of everything they have to do.
