Wooyah! I got to kick some people out today at the theater. I also had a guy ask me where his movie was I pointed straight ahead to theater #9 and he goes there's no door. and it's right infront of him, also a guy was looking for the water fountain came back to me 3 times after I told him it's around the left cornner, he came back and said can you show me, i pointed right in front of him, look see i said -pushed the button- "It's like magic you push the button and water comes out... But hey I've also had employees when I send them on brake go "but noone showed me how" |

heck i managed to watch nightmare on elm stret 2 when i was 7, had nightmares for a fortnight, didnt even watch the whole film, when my mum realised what it was she switched it off, yet my step dad was happy to let my 6 year old step brother watch that, predator and whatevr, the neanderthal |
Sometimes it is not the parents fault, especially if you have a big family like mine. My parents tried to keep me with Disney as long as they could, but when I was 8, my Uncle thought it would be okay for me and my 10 year old cousin to watch Aliens 3. Freaked me out completely, that night I had my first night terror, where I thought I had alien in my stomache and my aunt and uncle could not wake me up. I could not sleep by myself for a week.
I agree completely that parents/relatives should never ever let kids watch R rated movies. I know for a fact that it can do serious damage to a child who is not prepared for all the violence/blood in a R movie. It makes me sad when i see a 4 year old watching something like Jason, or even Austin Powers, and hearing the kid ask "What are they doing Mommy?" and then the mom trying to explain it to them!! I mean, they're 4 freakin years old, they should NOT know this stuff right now. |
