Aiii, nipples?! ouchies  The ear pierings are lubbly, thats what I want - although all I need is the cartalige one done, since I have the two lobe piercings already (but I need to get new earing for them, I keep on loosing mine x__x). |

And if you have a problem with earrings coming out, try hinged-hoops. You can get them in a variety of sizes, and they never come out accidentally =D
I've heard that nipple piercings hurt...and if it's cold, so are they. But Max thinks they would look cute, so I'm considering them =) |

Hmmm... Shanny and I talked about her getting her navel pierced, but nipples... I, personally, am not into that. Not that I'm against it. I guess you can say, whereas I think a navel piercing is sexy, nipple piercings... I'm not really partial either way. |

<3 I'd get my navel pierced, too, if it weren't for the fact that you have to go to a tattoo parlor, and it hurts like hell, and gets infected easily, apparently. It just doesn't seem worth the trouble, no matter how cute it looks. ^^ |

- Research parlors before you get it done. There are some piercers that are so good with their hands and their technique, you don't feel any pain. I knew one called Raven; she was amazing.
- The worst part of any piercing is the anticipation. If you believe it's going to hurt, and you go into the parlor sweating bullets, then by hell it's going to. Relax yourself; take a night off, get a massage, take a bubble bath--do something that's going to put you in a relaxed state of mind and body. Things will go more smoothly, especially if you believe they will. It's all up to you.
- Find a female piercer if it makes you more comfortable. They do exist.
- The reason why such a good number of belly piercings get infected is because--and I hate to say this--the girls that get them are stupid. They play with them without thinking, they touch them all the time, they wear corsets or tight shirts that aggravate the piercing, they spray perfume on it; if you wash your hands with anti-bacterial soap before touching it, if you don't get into the habit of playing with it (it's easy to fall into the habit of playing with a piercing; you do it without even thinking, but this is were infections come from), if you treat it with A&D ointment for at least a week, if you avoid getting soap on it or hair products or perfume, or wearing tight clothing that will aggravate it---you are going to be fine. Basically, follow care instructions and be logical, and you will be fine =)
