I did this sketch of Durratan, as a rough draft, but I need someone with photoshop to color and ink it for me.. it's going to be his christmas present, it's kind of the way he wants his PO to be, but i got bored and decided to give it ago by drawing out his discription. Can anyone do the inking and color for me?
Shirt is black with (green dragon on the side.)
pants are like mine: but black with blue flames around the rims.
wooden sandles. black socks. black hair, white hair tie. blue head band with symbom on it. just make that black it's one of thos naruto headbands.
witha silver plate. Airow necklace, can't bee seen very well butit's black with silver airow. sword is silver blade. with black handle, red grip on it.
the eyes are blue.
If any one can darken the inking and color it for me I'd apreciate it. ^_^
I know this is an acward request. but I'd like to see it colored and all i have is ms paint.

He looks like a doppelganger of your PO with a Naruto headband.
You might be able to find a demo version of Photoshop on download.com and play with it a bit. Or maybe Paint Shop Pro (kinda like Photoshop but a lil lighter). |

Also I'd check out some Inking and Coloring Tutorials.
Tutorials are the best but the trick is you have to -practice- with art. It won't get better over night, it takes a long long long time. You have to be diligent though, your anatomy is pretty whacky. If you have an anatomy or biology book (or even just rent one from the library) take a look at the human skeleton/body and keep that in mind while you're drawing.
Also as Doot mentioned, try some more original poses and character style. It's no fun if Durratan looks just like you with some modifications :3 Be creative with the description your friend wants, maybe you should try an action pose fighting some kind of enemy. Remember to take your time, -Patience- will help it come out really good. Christmas is a ways away and I'm sure your friend will appreciate it all the more if you put more time and effort into it.

Yeah I'm going to revise it, it should be better the next time i ost it, I downloaded the inking tootrial that dooters made and I'm going to look over it a few more timwes before i attempt to mess with it. |

For Free Image Manipulation programs that might also do inking (although you may have to translate the tutorials), you might want to look into the GIMP. There's a Windows distribution of it. Just as a thought, and plus, it's free. |
