Ok. Here is the situation. For the company Christmas party I purchased a inflatable sheep. Included with the sheep was a $20 gift certificate to amazon.com.
I got the gift certificate and placed it in the box.
A week l8r the recipient of the gift certificate(and the sheep) informed me that the certificate did not work.
I requested a replacement certificate but never received it. The status on the order states that it was “Not sent yet”
After a long wait I inquired about the certificate:
“I requested the gift certificate to be resent and never received the resent certificate.”
Here is the response I got:

Nope that this is the same code that does not work. Here is my response:

If I view the order it states the status as "Not yet sent". Is it indicating something different in your system?

I tried to be very diplomatic but I can tell they did not look at the order. Here is there reply:

The thing that was very funny to me is the email address that was listed is the same email address that they say is not valid.
I have started to loose my composure. This is the next email I sent:

That is interesting because this is the same address you just sent this email to.

I cannot do this. As indicated in the emails before this the status is marked as "Net yet sent" The resend button is not available.
Will someone please review the order and advise on what options are available on this order. |

Amazon is a company that I think grew exponentailly fast in correltion to its systems and I bet theres a lot of weird technical glitches in their systems. As I recall, I think Faye is having a problem with them because they have yet to deliver his mom's x-mas present. |
