fiance tried to commit suicide Friday. The past 4 days have drained just about the last bit of life I have left. things were so much simpler before I got here. Before I got mixed up in all this shit. And funny thing is that everyone feels so sorry for her and no one really gives a damn that I'm about three clicks from completely coming unglued and going apeshit.

So I guess the question is how do you move past something that hurts so bad but you have tied strong feelings to. By the way, this is the same girl that cheated on me and is now with the the guy she cheated on me with.

One questions sanity when they have seen insane from the inside.

Believe it or not I see this kind of thing all the time. Every time we get deployed half the married people in our unit come back divorced, or come back to babies that aren't theirs.
I'm sure you've heard this before, and trust me, I know it's easier to say than it is to do, but your going to have to move on with your life.
Do you think her suicide attempt was some sort of ploy to get you back? I've seen that before too. If so she needs therapy and you still need to move on.
You seem to be a rational person who neither wants nor needs this kind of trouble.
It's not going to be easy. And it's not going to happen over night. But you have to decide whats best for you. She seems to have already made her decision.

If it was me she'd have been out the door when she cheated on me. It would have hurt for a while, But the trust would have been completely gone.

I Hope whatever decision you make works out well for you.
