Demonic keeps himself out of range of Sperrit's attacks, suffering a minor cut under his eye. The two swords fly at Sperrit's exposed back.

Sperrit ducks down, but not quite fast enough. He feels the blades cut through his shirt and flesh. He grits his teeth and sends his wound some healing energy and continues to charge at Demonic.

Demonic does a sort of dance with Sperrit in his evasion of the attacks. Whilst his swords attack, he himself sends bursts of fire at Sperrit's shoulders in particular.

Burning shoulders aren't fun when you're trying to fight someone. Sperrit was very aware of this as he continued to stab and parry with Demonic. He sent healing energy to his shoulders, but they just kept getting burned. He was going to run out of strength if he kept this up. So instead of healing them Sperrit sent the energy to the ground that Demonic was standing on. After a few seconds a two meter wide circle of ground, with Demonic in the middle, grew spikes and slammed it's two halfs together like a bear trap.

Demonic leaps backwards quickly, trying to escape, but his legs are caught in the spiked trap. He yells in pain, and then uses some of the earth energy stolen from Sperrit to crumble the rock around his injured legs. He wiggles free and works on healing himself while his swords continue their vicious assault on Sperrit.

Sperrit raises his arms and a wall of rock rises between him and Demonic, cutting off his attack. Sperrit then leaps to the top of the wall and jumps down towards Demonic, sword raised.

Demonic rolls to the side and attempts to kick Sperrit's legs out from under him when he lands. The swords return to him.

Sperrit gets tripped but he points his hand towards Demonic and, as he's falling, a spiked root lashes out from under Sperrit's feet towards Demonic's face.

Demonic gets cut lightly, but he burns the root before it can cause serious damage. Knowing this will throw Sperrit off, what with it hurting him to burn plants and all, he attempts to freeze Sperrit's legs, and then rush in and slash at his elbows.

Sperrit feels the fire burning through the root and then seconds later he feels the ice surround his legs. He then thinks of something he's never thought of before. Sperrit concentrates the feeling of the burning root towards his now frozen legs. With his connection to the plant Sperrit's legs actually start to smolder, melting the ice surounding them. Trying with all his might not to cry out in pain Sperrit quickly rolls back, his burnt legs in agony. He stays on his hands and quickly brings in some Earth energy to heal his legs, but since they are no ordinary burns they heal slowly. Sperrit keeps rolling back, away from Demonic's attacks as his legs heal, getting a few cuts from Demonic's swords on the way. Sperrit then leaps up, jumps back as far as he can and, touching the Earth, opens up a ten foot wide hole at Demonic's feet.
