Well, after many years of rumors, it's finally true. Tonight, UP and I went to go see Ice Age 2, and one of the previews was for the Simpsons movie, which is coming out on July 27, 2007!!!
I guess that pretty much confirms it then! |

It actually confirms also that the series will end next year as well. As Matt Groening said that the movie would follow the final season. |

That was -originally- the case but the show was renewed for two more years. |

If South Park can do a movie, and Family Guy can do a movie, then the Simpsons can do a movie.
And honestly, I don't think that this is an April Fool's Joke. I think if you go to see Ice Age any other weekend, you'll still see the trailer for The Simpsons. I don't think they would be THAT cruel to play this kind of joke. |

The building I work in, owns a cinema, and I can assure you, its NOT an aprils fools joke. Popped up into the projection office, and they are getting paid to run the traler for the next few weeks |
