Yeah, the ability to move a PvE to a PvP would possibly be the most retarded move ever.
Imagine a level 60 that has never PvP'd going to a PvP server and making it hard for a level 20 to level...Rediculous. |

so put a level cap on it. The character I want to transfer is only level 20? Why is that bad?
They could make a suitable penalty. |

I'd love to move my Warrior from Hyjal (since no one plays there anymore) to Dalaran, but I don't see them allowing that. Dalaran is a high population server. They would definitely have my $25 though. |

Hmm, I wonder on the transfer restriction for RPPVP servers, like my Rogue on Maelstrom. . .Other than that, most of the fun is in leveling a character anyways, who really enjoys end game raiding? I would rather just create new characters most of the time.
