I am trying to think of the title of a movie I saw a trailer for. I saw it sometime in the last few months, but which movie I saw it at remains a mystery.

The trailer shows the movie is basically about some foriegner from a 3rd world east european country. He brags about his sister being "top prostitute". He decides to go to America, and leaves in a car pulled by a donkey.

Anybody know this one?
