Neither one is a stellar card lol, but since I currently have a 64mb card 256 is quite a step up 
Anyway they seem pretty identical except 1 uses directx 8 and 2 uses directx 9. Should I just fork out the extra cash for the slightly better one? keep in mind this is pretty much for WoW use and not hard core stuff lol |

Its not a big increase in cash, and no2 is more likely to be usefull, for longer. |

I'd go with the second one, even though Micrsofot is on DX 10, (or is developing it), the DX 9 native card will probably get better performance. |

thanks guy, I noticed to that apperently it has a $30 mail in rebate making actually cheaper than option 1 when its all said and done, placed my order for it today  |

I JUST bought that 2nd card last week when I updated my case and mobo. (albeit $40 cheaper with no mail-in rebate) Working great so far... although, I'm not seeing much of a difference (if any) between my old 128MB PCIe... not in WoW anyway. Oblivion runs a lot smoother. Almost playable. *shrugs* |
