In case anyone was wondering where I've been the past couple weeks, well, I've had my face plastered to one of my various mobile monitors working on this sucker. I've had the footage ripped for about a year now... with AWA right around the corner, I finally got the motivation to finish it up.
It's my first "dramatic" work... and near and dear to my heart. That being said, I don't know that I'll ever do another drama piece again. It takes a lot out of you.
In any case, feel free to take a lookie. Let me know if you have any questions/critiques/etc. Enjoy!!!

*cries with joy* That was awesome!!!!! One of the best VODS amv's I've seen in a long time.  I cried for like 5 minutes after I watched it. >.< |

simply put, its beautiful. i can't get enough of it and i wish i had a video ipod so i could put it on contiuous play everywhere i go. ..that might be bad while driving though.
i have been fortunate to see the effort una put into this video and i can't express how much it means to me that he made it. thank you, sweetie! i love you!
i am also fortunate that i have a beautiful copy of it on my network so i can watch the video on my tv anytime i want.. ha ha get yer own suckerz! |

What I look for in an AMV is:
Timing of the Music
How the Music's lyrics match the feel of the anime
Working in of some of the anime's best material
Sequence of events
Your AMV hits everyone of these right on the mark. The "Light Up" song is a fantastic choise for this gut wrencher, and its theme and feel match up perfectly with "Voices of a Distant Star". You included the events sequentally, and even had the great dramatic semi-action seqences. This AMV is superb by its self, but when you consider the extremly limited amount of material you had to work with, this is simply extraordinary. Kudos and a well done, Una. |

Literally, I can't watch it. I would, but VoD is the only Anime that has -ever- put me in tears, so I try not to have anything to do with it if I don't have to. I'm sure it's beautiful, though. |

well I have never seen the series and know nothing about it....but the vid was pretty shway
