It is street legal.
In California Jay Leno has a Jet Bike that is perfectly street legal.
Note: Jet Bike = Jet engine with a seat.
If lowriders with hydrolics are legal than there is no reason for this car not to be legal...Granted he can't flare up the engine on public thoroughfairs. |

The car's considered A hybrid because it has two engines. A conventional engine and another engine and the main engine can pass Ca's smog requirements. |

Not to mention the Jet Engine is completly removeable if he just really really wanted to get it past inspections or somesuch. I bet he had to carry around all of that legal documentation when he goes on trips, as I imagine he gets pulled over quite a bit for questioning.
I cant wait for the day I see this car on "World's Wildest Police Chases" on Spike or something. |
