I question just ocured to me, are they water proof, or can be made water proof? or is it just a nice weather kinda thing? |

You can always make a cloak waterproof with some of that scotchgard spray they sell for leather stuff. Of course, if you wanna make it out of waterproof fabric, that can be done as well. But in general, they seem to keep you warm in the rain. My friend wore hers in the snow the other day and all was well with her. But they do tend to get heavy with the addition of water. So that would be up to you! |
