I hate when a friend offers to help you out, takes your stuff to do whatever it is, then drops out of existance.
I've been having trouble coming up w/ how I want my PO to look, hence the reason I haven't fully joined yet. My friend offered to help by making me a little pencil sketch for me based off a brainstorming sheet. He took that sheet (which is my only copy) and has been MIA ever since... |

When you finally hit level 20 in psu, and you get your tatoo for your nanoblast and it tells you that you have to hit 2 buttons at the same time, and you're running a keyboard, and when you do, it NEVER WORKS. Then you end up spending most of your time trying to get it to work and when it finally does... battle over.  |

Update:
My friend resurfaced w/ my sketch. It's cute and it gives me yet another option BUT it was totally different than my brainstorming sheet...so now I'm kinda back to where I started. But I did get my brainstorming sheet back from him so I do still have that to go by.  I appreciate the attempt and the effort but i was hoping to have this sketch to help me make up my mind. |

On a different topic...
I hate it when my mom "thinks" she tells me something, is 100% positive that she tells me this, then screams at me for claiming she didn't tell me.
I have my own house/life and whatnot where I spend many of my Saturdays out with my mom and grandma. We've been having trouble meeting up at decent times of the day so I bring up the idea that we need to set specific time...my mom agrees. But by the end of our phonecall, we never did set a time. Just "before 12".
Saturday rolls around and I oversleep a bit. (10:45ish) and I hear my cell. I answer it and get reamed from my mom wanting to know where I am and why I haven't picked up the phone. (Oops, I have dial-up and the computer got left on the night before) She was insisting that she told me to be there by 11...to the extent of accusing me of lying and making excuses, screamed at me to get over then hung up on me.
I got there at 11:30 and it was like nothing had happened...very weird. But my grandmother does back me up. My mom DOES think she says things to ppl when she really doesn't... |
