While it may exist, even for an SUV, V12 is HUGE. Most are 6 or 8 cylinders. For comparison, the Dodge Viper has a V10, and it's fast as hell. But it's a car, so I would think a V12 SUV would have comparable power to a Viper.
But that's just me employing logic to the situation. |

Remember they have the same V10 in a Dodge Ram as well.
Italian Exotics have V12s... Ferarri runs a 6.0L V12 in one of their cars.
I think Mercades has a V12 out somewhere. One of the $200K horrible investment car that is the high end 500 series.

Actually, in the piece I'm writing, the SUV is geared as an interceptor pursuit vehicle. So it's got the horsepower to chase and catch up with its target, but lacks the torque that'd allow it to pull a trailer, which will never happen anyway.
