Hell of course is Wally World, otherwise referred to in the Bible as "the Beast" and the angel was this unbelievably awesome girl...with her fiance, whom she said nothing to, as we talked almost the entire 9 hours as we waited for our Wii's unless we were playing DS or I was listening to her iPod or whatever. But I guess you could say she took me to heaven because the 9 hours blasted by as we talked, and at the end I got my beloved Wii, which I think will become my new heaven (although I will still use my 360 to get Family Guy and movies in HD! w00t! I am seriously loving life right now. Two, wireless controller systems that I can turn on from the controller, one with an awesome online component already, and the other certainly looks like it has the potential to be something special, yet different from Live)

OK so I'll tell this story online too.

We had a plan. We being Ultrawolf, Legend, Una and I. We were going to send 2 people to 2 different stores to be ready for this launch, and if one pair didn't get the systems... the other pair would.

Didn't really work out that way.

Toys R Us was doing a Midnight launch. So was Walmart. So those stores were the targets. Plan was for a pair to show up at each store at like 9 and get in line.

Legend and I went to lunch, and around 4PM, decided to stop by Toys R Us just to check out the line. Turns out there were already 50 people in line. From what I understood, they were only getting 66 units for sale.

Legend says to me, "I'll wait here, you can go home and get our stuff and come back." I was amazed by this... our 3 hour wait just turned into 8 hours and she didn't seem to mind. My girl kicks @$$!

So that's what happened, I went home, got my stuff and came back. Ultra went to Walmart, and the dumb ass manager up there said that they were only getting 20 machines and there were already 20 people there. I'm sure that was a bunch of $h17, but what can you do. He met us at Toys R Us.

Luckily we had some cool people around us to talk to, some DS owners, and food choices in walking distance.

So, about 1:30AM, I got home with my Wii, along with Zelda and Super Monkey Ball.

On a side note, they were doing the whole... 10% off entire purchace with credit card app. That was set up to save me about $50 (there were 2 other games I wanted that they didn't have). So I did it. Then they were doing this buy 3 of "these" games and get $30 off. I was already interested in 2 of the games on the list (Super Monkey Ball and Metal Slug) so I figured I would try Marvel out. Well they didn't have Metal Slug, so I didn't get Marvel, and didn't get my $30 off... however THE CHECK OUT LADY SCREWED UP. Some how, she rang up Zelda for $20! So, with the credit card app (which I will cancel as soon as I pay it off) and the mistake. I ended up getting $70 off! w00t!
