If the church really meant to do well, why didnt they collect all the games, money, gift cards, etc. and give them to a needy family in the area who may be having a crappy xmas, or someone who just lost his/her job and cant provide a good xmas for thier family, etc. Why reward kids who did something bad. If you do that, kids will never learn that it is wrong. I personally think they should spend some time in juvie instead of being rewarded. These kids are doing this stuff because they obviously arent getting attention at home. They have never learned right from wrong, evidently, and therefore getting rewarded for something wrong, will certainly not teach them...if they learn anything, it will be that God forgives no matter what they do. So next time they feel like robbing someone, vandalizing something, beating someone...Hey! Who cares? God will forgive them if they ask for it...
