I know not many people here are Halo fans, but this seemed too cool not to share. With the Halo 3 beta coming up, there have been a few announcements about how to get into it; but all have seemed impossible except for one.

Crackdown is being created by the same guy that gave us Lemmings and Grand Theft Auto. That being said, the game looks like a "prettier" GTA except this time you're a cop in a crime ridden city. The trailer for the game looks cool, so I think I'm going to take my chances with it; and partially just to get into the Halo 3 beta. |

Yeah, I'm having to limit my entertainment purchases too; but it's going to be hard to pass up on Lost Planet and Crackdown seems like it will be worth it too. At least for me; and that's only one game purchase per month. [/rationalizing] |

I'm mainly looking forward to the single player of Halo 3, just because 2 left it on such a poor cliff hanger and felt like bungie had forgotten to include some more information that I want to play Halo 3, I do enjoy the single player mode though, never really got on with multiplayer, probably because I suck big hairy monkey b......... |

When it comes to multiplayer, I'm horrible at big open maps. Put me in close quarters and I can make top 3 any time. Now if I could just get the hang of GoW's gameplay. |
