Not sure what this is about, but if it's something MS did on purpose, that's pretty low.

Microsoft is always under intense scrutiny for their operating system security measures, but online gaming network WildTangent says the company has gone too far with Windows Vista, according to a Yahoo! News report. WildTangent says Vista "blocks or disables play" for games featured on Microsoft's own MSN service, Yahoo, America Online and RealArcade.
In order to counter this, WildTangent says they spent a year developing Vista-compatible software. Er, so is this announcement nothing more than a thinly veiled attempt to persuade online gamers to switch to WildTangent's service? Sure sounds like it, but, nonetheless, disappointing to hear that early adopters will have to wait for a patch before playing another round of Sudoku. |
