It'll be interesting to see what the cause of death was. I remember them saying that foul play was involved with the death of her son.
There could be someone out there who is picking them off.
Its especially curious if the baby is missing as well.
Suicide seems like something that she would do...but it would only help her escape from her problems...and just make matters worse for her daughter. She may have been known as the definition of a "Dumb Blond" but I still think she's smarter than to take her own life. If she did it to herself, it was an accidental OD of something. It just seems like she loved her daughter too much to commit suicide. If there wasn't her child involved,then I'd say otherwise. |

Actually, it wouldn't make things worse for her daughter. According to a girl I know who works for lawyers that know of that sort of thing...the money she's being sued for would go into a trust fund for the kid, one that's incredibly hard to unlock. Of course, that's not to say that people won't, but still. |

Her sons death was suspected to have foul play at first, but upon the autopsy and multiple analysis reports that came back, it was just a bad mix of normally safe medications. It was all stuff he was prescribed to take, if I remember correctly, he just may have taken one at a time when he shouldnt have, and it basically short circuited his heart, by what I remember.
I wouldnt be surprised if hers was the same, but she was a party girl, and while I hope she was responsible enough to not do stuff around her new baby, you never know..

Besides the money part to this, her daughter is now w/o a mother and w/ Anna out of the way, the DNA test will be done. Hopefully one of the 2 men is her father. Besides what her birth certificate states, she basically has no father right now until the DNA tast is done. If it turns out that neither of them are the father, I suppose her sister would gain custody...Assuming that Stern doesn't try to fight for custody since she named him as the father.
As far as her assets are concerned, they would all go to her daughter anyway since she is "next of kin". Since she is very much a minor, the money would most likely be in control of her sister, again, because she is family. The monkey wrench in this would be if she was secretly married to her boyfriend Stern and whatever would come out in a Will, if she had one. |
