I sympathese, I really do. I think we can all Identify one or two people in our lives that have had us screaming at the top of our little inside-the-head-lungs "OMFG how do you not now how to freakin EMAIL?" I mean, no body even really e-mails anymore its so old. Keep your fingers crossed for genetic engenieering, its our only hope!

I've got a guy in my class, this is the 3rd part of an ongoing series, Windows Server 2003, Active Directory none the less. This guy, when presented with a list of 4 downloads, can't identify which copy is the English version.
