Well, me and Aradia found out that the movie wasnt playing in our area - so I canceled D&D night and we decided to make a date to drive over an hour to the movie theater that WAS playing it in Frisco (very near Dallas). When it comes to ATHF, me and Aradia dont pull punches. There for a few years when we didnt have cable, all we watched was Season 1 and subsequently Season 2. We're ATHF whores.

All that being said, be prepared.

This movie sucks.

If I learned one thing from ATHFCMFFT...its that ATHF works fantastically, in limited, 15 minute doses. Please, please, please dont go see this movie in the theater - wait for the rent and blow your free rental promotion on it one day if you REALLY have to see it. But dont pay money to.

I haven't seen it yet, and I still want to to craft my own opinion on it, but I can sort of see where Dai is coming from. I can see ATHF getting really old when it's longer than 15 minutes. Somethings, even good things, you can only take so much of at a time.

Some really funny parts. The opening was the best out of it all - the dancing concessions bits. I have to agree that 15 minute intervals is the best way to consume ATHF but they did have some pretty funny parts in the movie.

I know what it was though. A severe lack of Carlisms. He's my favorite character.

You know, I agree about the dancing bit. In fact, everyone in the theater was laughing histerically at that part - set us up great for a great movie. Ive never laughed out loud in a movie theater before, but me and a theater full of people were rolling.

But it was all down hill from there Sad

FYI Scrum, Aradia and I would let a lot slide before we bashed this film. Its just bad.

Yes, though I will agree that the best part of the movie is the very beginning, but there are other parts that are pretty awesome as well.

I thought it was a good movie. Smile

if you're ready for random and nonsense. but that was to be expected, right? :p

Good idea Scrum. It's worth seeing it if you are a fan. We did laugh a lot - we also had "repeater" and "obnoxious laugher" sitting behind us. Sad
