I don't wanna Hijack Terin's thread about his workout stuff so I'll make this one just to keep it organized.
Some of us have signed up on Traineo as a way to keep track of on weight loss goals, diet and calorie burning so I figured that I'd start a group for any PO's that wanna do the same. you can find it HERE.

As a note, I don't think it displays weight, just weight change. I could be wrong, if I am, someone correct me!  |

There is an option to display weight to visitors to you page. its under preferences and privacy settings. |

I actually started to record stuffs on it lol. I don't have access to a scale on a daily basis though, so the weight option may have to wait until next paycheck.
