I hated Rupert also. Although, eventually I watched a couple episodes and found it to be not that bad, and my hatred for it strictly irrational. |

One that I always found weird was Teddy Ruxpin. I even heard he died in the last episode and the old guy that hung out with him said that the world was full of evil and he couldnt stand it. How true that is... I dont know, but it still effed up. |

I used to have the Teddy Ruxpin toy. It was basically a plush doll with a tape player built in. You loaded a tape into him and when you hit play, his mouth would move as he "told you a story". In hindsight, it was kinda creepy. Eventually, his mouth fell off, and it was pretty damn scary and strange looking. |
