This game looks incredible. Check out the damage engine they implemented on the cars. It's just downright amazing.

While I love the whole idea of this, theres 2 things I don't like about whats happened to Burnout since EA bought out Criterion, and they are:

The gritty urban visuals, they really do my head in, Burnout 2 is till the best in the series, and part of its specialness is all that "Blue Skies" SEGA style visuals they went with for it.

And also, I hate the fucking crashing shit, I don't want the distraction of the camera pulling away from me driving to show my rival hitting a fucking cone. It doesn't fit in with being in the zone for driving, getting your cornering and everything else perfect and more often than not it leads you to crashing.

Yes, I'm eagerly awaiting Burnout Paradise.

Personally I think 3 was the best, 4 I didn't care for. Also you can turn the crash cam off. I did it as I found it annoying it was in the options menu somewhere.

I liked it.
When the cam went to check out a crash, the computer took over steering the vehicle until it came back. I've never really had a problem with it.
