Two doorbell rings - cute little princess, an fun looking pirate and a Darth Vader in one trip. The next was a horde (7 or so) kids (ages 12-17) in no costume at all.
~sigh~
I was going to make my face up all Voodoo Like but once I heard how little amounts kids come by I figure I'd save up my make-upping for Effen's costume party Saturday.
I did decorate my front porch though! I am pretty proud of it! (post pics later) |

Aww. We had a few kids, but really, trick-or-treating isn't much of a door-to-door activity anymore. Too many kids get poisoned or kidnapped or whatever, and so now parents take their kids to the Mall or to Colleges or other places where there's massive groups of people and more controlled candy sources or whatever. xD |

We gave out stickers. Parents really appreciated it =D But we had hundreds of them and we still ran out in an hour. Thank goodness I got to leave at that time  |

Plenty of kids door-to-door trick-or-treat where I live...
I gave out candy to several groups of kids that came by until I picked my mom up from the train, then we went to dinner and to pester Tobs at work and didn't come back until all the kids had gone in for the night. |

That's the link you sent me! Sorry, was having computer troubles when you sent me that one.
I dressed up in my costume last Friday, as we were having a wine-tasting Halloween party. With spooky wine labels. Twas amusing, and oh, I was a Viking woman. (faux)Fur lining and all.
As for Halloween, I'm having this weird thing where I'm getting major vertigo if I move too quickly or get up from sitting. It's rather worrisome, but I'm not dead yet. So I couldn't really go out and scare young children by being a Viking with a pirate Scottish Terrier (yes, Sophie had a costume too). We only got 2 doorbell rings here. :[ At my previous house in Atlanta, we got like hundreds of kids. So yeah, Happy All Saint's Day. Or Happy Hallow. Or whatever. |

SO I pulled out my RenFair Outfit and went to McCracken's. I thought I'd fit in pretty well.  |
