If athens were most in everyone else's proximity I'd host the thing-I rather like throwing parties in my new home^.^
I hope it manages to happen somehow-I've yet to go to a holiday party^.^ |

I'll check the community calendar for the clubhouse today and see what's available. If its a mater of everyone being busy for the holidays, we could maybe have it right after New Years. |

Well, I know that if you have it any time in December Shino and I will will not be able to come, more than likely. I have finals next weekend (not this coming one) and then the weekend after that is my sister's birthday, and then we're in Florida until the 23rd, after which is Christmas.  |

That's probably the best bet. Holiday calendars on PO staff side are pretty full. |

I checked the clubhouse calendar tonight and its surprisingly clear...Dec 29 is taken, but we've got a wedding to attend anyhow that night.
Jan 5 is a possibility but they don't have the January calendar up yet...
I'm open to suggestions.  |

Usually PO Holiday parties can run about as high as 30 people. Of course, this is also rather shorter notice than usual, and this holiday season seems to be more booked than usual, so I can't say it'd be quite that many. |

there will be as many as there will be... expecting 7-10, hoping for 15+
the actual number of people is not a concern as much as just getting planning done to send out invites.
now i will be taking music requests and suggestions for the games to play. i might even bring the projector to run images with the music. i plan to post my music list i have on my comp and if you wanna add to it, either link me to a source or i will come get a copy from you. |

I got the Okie-dokie from Lady Dooters to run with the said partay.
I'll have the date set by tomorrow, so it will be at least 1 month's full notice, could be worse.
I know that I do want to keep the Sneaky Santa...only with a nifty new name to be revealed a bit later.
Everyone is open to offer suggestions and/or put in requests for certain things.
The date is officially set! And although it didn't go as planned due to the little old ppl changing the rules on us and making residents pay for use, we got it!
