I get DRE's on my 360 all the time Riva. Lost Odyssey, PSU, Lost Planet, and many others. I don't think that has to do with the game...
The machine is just a piece of crap. |

It can be game specific, I've only ever had it happpen on Forza before and only when I've been playing (read painting a car) for ages, but 3 in the space of 3 days on GTA is pretty bad... |

"Rockstar Games has released a new patch for the PS3 version of Grand Theft Auto IV on PlayStation Network, which fixes the crashing problem."
That addresses the PS3 version, now what about the 360 version? |

just got my 360 (the one with 20gig) AND GTA4 a week ago... have yet to experience a crash! I've had intense multiplayer games so far but virtually no single player experience yet. (my gamer score is like... 5  I only have gta4 really...)

Well I've not had any crashes since I finally played a bit of multiplayer on Wednesday, maybe the game was trying to tell me something  |

I've had GTA 4 about a week now, I haven't had it crash on me but it will freeze on me about once per day. I tried jumping into multiplayer last night but it was taking forever to load the game while it sounded like everyone else was already playing. |

Yeah I've had some problems on mutliplayer, when accepting invites its stated that the game session is no longer in progress, when it was still in progress as I was chatting with the host via private chat at the time. |

I have a 60 gig PS3 and have only had the game freeze on me 2-3 times in story mode and i think twice in online. Overall not really a big deal for me. |
