I'll get excited about IMAX when it becomes the standard format and you aren't forking out additional cash to see the same movie.
I'll take the poor man's version of it by sitting closer to the screen.  |

It does look good
Hopefully they keep it as dark as that trailer was. The last one seemed promise to be much darker than it ended up being. I know these are family films but I want that feeling of people being scared of what they think is to come to really shine through |

I actually think the last movie did a really good job of capturing the spirit of the books. Yeah, it's dark, but J.K. always had that underlying theme of hope, and it doesn't really get to where the hope is missing until the end of HBP and nearly all of the last book. So, I think it worked. It's probably the best-done of them all, but I still hate it because they took out so much of the Department of Mysteries, which is my absolute -favourite- part of the entire series. I love seeing the darker side, the things that can go wrong, or are unexplained and dangerous in the magic. It balances it out, makes it more real.

I'm sort've 'meh' about this movie. I didn't like this book that much, nor the last one, so I'll go see it, but I'm not too mussed with how it turns out. xD |
