I can now call peace to my personal battle between Mozilla and Opera...

And just use Chrome. Very Happy

But this looks hot, seriously. I love the separate processes and the way they isolate plug-ins outside of the "sandbox." It makes an internet junkie's day.

So I've been using it for a while now...

And I really quite like it. It doesn't work perfectly with some of the online applications I have to deal with, and logging into my school's wifi was a pain (security certificates and all), but it's been a really nice experience overall. I love the streamlined look, and the fact that the tabs are on top. I knew I could trust Google with design. For a newly released beta, well, Chrome is godly. I really like having my recently visited web pages (though it does let me know, like a wag of the finger, how many web sites I spend TOO much time on. Google: my conscience. However, Google makes amends by its incognito function.

It certainly works, and it has a cool little spy man in the corner of the box and actually warns me of "Surveillance by secret agents" and "People standing behind you." Kind of funny.

Yeah, I like it alot. I've got a pretty decent computer, AMD Athlon 64 X2 Processor 6000 3 GHz 2000 MHz bus 2 GB ram, but Internet Explorer (both 7 and 8 beta) runs like it's feet are stuck in the mud, Chrome on the other hand screams thru webpages and plays all the content that I want played, maybe theres just something wrong with my IE, but I think I'm going to get rid of it all together, I lurve Chrome! Although, I dont like the lack of a home button.

You can add a home button if you go turn it on in the options menu.

I'm loving Chrome HOWEVER I am noticing a few issues due to what I BELIEVE is compatibility with 64 bit OS. Several websites I frequent seem to have weird cookie issues and access issues when I'm on my 64 bit desktop but my laptop doesn't seem to have these issues. Here's hoping we get an update soon!
