I had no idea she was in the hospital all the time.
I hope she didn't have a lot of pain.
85 is a pretty full life. I could only hope to live that long.

She was definitely ahead of her time. And in all honesty, I didn't know she was still alive. But now I actually feel very saddened. It's amazing, really when you think of all the artists that have done a picture of her. I would guess that she and vampirella have to be the two most common pin-up style females in art. Well I guess we can expect a flood of homage pics to show up soon and I'm looking forward to it.

She's inspired many a pinup/fetish model. It's a pity she had such a troubled psyche. It kind of immortalizes her youth though...
