Closure for Adam and his Family

So yesterday they announced that they had conclusively linked Ottis Toole to the murder of Adam Walsh in 1981 and closed a case that had been open for 27 years. The Walsh family finally has closure regarding the death of their son. Ottis Toole was accused of the murder but there had never been any conclusive proof until now. So basically, the life and death of Adam Walsh had been suspended in doubt and kept the family in a haze of unsurety for 27 years. John Walsh was crying during the press conference and I was almost with him. I would not dare to say I know where he's coming from but I deeply sympathize. Anyone that knows me or has listened to my band knows that Adam's story had quite an impact on me. I won't disrespect the Walsh's plight or try to join them in this any further because this is their time to heal and they deserve it to themselves. But I will say that my prayers are with them and I hope this brings them a greater measure of comfort. It matters to me too.
