It makes me ask a few more questions...Do these girls all know each other, or were these 5 random girls who never interact with each other?
If they know each other, then you might just have a case whwre they've been talking about you in that nasty kinda gossip way..
But if these are all isolated events, I'd at least invest a little time in looking at what they're saying that you do. there might be something to what they are saying that ends up keeping that relationship from going up to girlfriend level. |

What if their negative impression of you is as a result of you actually acting in said negative manner? For example, I think it's perfectly merited to call someone an asshole if they are, in fact, an asshole. If they cared about other's opinion, then maybe they should change the way that they're acting because maybe there's something to the way that they are being perceived by others. Some people may not realize they way that they are until someone spells it out for them.
But to say someone is not worth your time solely because they perceive you in a negative way is jumping to conclusion and shows a lack of accountability. Maybe their opinion is wrong and you're actually a real nice 'feller, but maybe they're right, and you are an asshole. |
What if the person has decided to label you for the sake of making sure they look better or because they just decide that since you are not kissing their royal ass there must be something wrong with you?
SG is pretty dead on in his assessment. maybe these girls either don't think they are good enough or that since you were more 'passive' in the pursuit that you are have to be the bad one. I say ignore them or just get a new group. But just like SG has a caveat, i do to since i have a harem of fan girls at cons... |
