The AI for the program is actually rather impressive, so long as you don't pose any questions not relating to the site's products. It even responds to any query including bot in it, stating that it is a real person.
First time I saw one of the windows, I just ignored it, and without responding to it, I could not tell if it was a bot or not *shame*.
The typing delay was an ingenious move to cause confusion, even includes 'is typing' messages like most IM's. |

This bot's grammar is abhorrent. In the example on the site, the bot spells "definitely" as "defiantly," and there are many sentences just tacked onto the ends of other sentences.
It would be nice, if they could work on that. |
