Smithy didn't have enough of a personality. One thing we did with this, as Sperrit noted, was to make sure and choose characters that were not just evil entities or presences, but that were fully developed rounded characters with human qualities. I think that makes them better villains.

I hadta vote for Kefka for two resons.. One he came from my all time favorite FF game. And B) He's just fuggin awesome cause when he's a sprite he's all fugly and everyone knows it but when he's fighting he's all primpy and prissy.

I voted for Ganan. However Master X from Mega Man Zero is probally more evil, I mean the guy takes a stab at genocied.

Unfortunately for me I played the PS2 version of Grandia II, so I couldn't get past the giant slowdown city due to the bad port :\ I may try to find an old DC version of the game for cheap tho.. But that's once I run out of new stuff to play. Might be a while, seeing the current state of videogame economy.

sorries. also, sephiroth is just generally evil. he lights a village on fire, has 3 stages you have to fight, and like i said above, he even kills one of your party members...truely an evil move Very Happy

I pick Ganon, simply because he means business and is serious about it. He doesn't call for stupid acolytes to do a half-assed job, he doesn't underestimate Link, and he doesn't do any stupid happy dance or any of that stuff.

Nope. He turns to Link, says "I'm killing you, son-of-a-bitch." and immediately starts the fight. And he dishes all he can right at the first fight. Because he wants is done and over with, and now. No time to play with my victim. Get Triforce first, have fun later.

And if that's not enough, he goes kamikaze when he finds out he's about to lose. "Okay, you wanna kill me? Cool, I'm pulling you in too, sucker!" When he wants something, he wants it like hell. Nobody stands between the Triforce and TEH Ganon.

umm, when does sephiroth cry?? i never saw him cry in the game, just get angry and kill people. and still...HE OFFS ONE OF UR PARTY MEMBERS!!! thats pretty evil to me Very Happy
