Cars - What do you drive?

Hey. I like cars a lot, and I was just wondering what kind of cars you all drive? I drive a Dodge Neon (although it's not mine). Eventually, I want to buy a Subaru WRX.

I WISH I could drive the neighboor's old Volvo >_>. It`s sooo old, I`m sure isgonna sell it soon at a cheap price! At least before he dies, if the car`s that old, he must be getting old too X-x

For now, I have been riding my Trek 2k Montain bike 365 days a year for 2 years now.

Volvo 740's rock! I had a silver turbo wagon (God was that car smooth at 90+mph!!!) but ran into bad karma. I got a nice little Ford Contour now. No power (it does 0-60 in like...a week) but it is solid so far. Only had it three weeks to the day now.

By the way BWS, Volvos get 200,000 miles easy (with 300,000 not out of the question either) so waiting for your neighbors' might not be a bad idea. Good luck.

Ok, so it`s not the best stuff out there ... but it`s still safer then most of the other cars for it`s price >_>

Yeah, Razer is right. I used to have an '88 Volvo 240 DL. Not only was the thing a tank, but it reached something like 210000 miles when we finally got rid of it. And we only got rid of it because we had just gotten a new car, and it would have been too expensive to fix it. Other than the fact that it acted a little funny, it drove beautifully, even on its death bed. Actually, I shouldn't say death bed, because we donated it to an organization that gets cars, fixes them, and gives them to the less fortunate. It's probably running really nice somewhere now. *tear* I miss that car... *tear* I would have liked to keep it and gradually work on it myself, eventually suping it up. How cool would a suped up Volvo be?!

BWS! That's exactly the car I used to have, except that the one in your picture is older, and mine was red. It's a GREAT car!

It's funny how you word that, Ming, I've always thought "tank" when I saw a 240...Well, that and old James Bond movies(who didn't have that Corgi with the changing license plates?).
BTW, dig that license plate. Where is that thing...still in Germany?
AND...if you can't get that one, look for a 740. You just MUST feel that turbo kick in!!!

heh, to relate to what BWS says, i ride my good ol Fuji road bike everywhere (that is if i leave the house Very Happy

) besides that, im getting my license in a little less then 10 days, so i am waiting on that. when i get my license, i wil probably drive my family's black Dodge Neon (same one that ming mentioned). Its a good car. it takes a beating like no other...well...cept for the good ol volvo Sad
