Now that Goldberg is here, how long do you think it will take before he becomes the focal point? I thought Stone Cold would "retire" now but less than ten minutes after saying that he get's "fired for medical reasons". Considering Goldberg was created by Bischoff to be a Stone Cold clone anyway, you had to see that coming.
I'll give him 2 PPVs tho. He should win at Backlash (thereby giving The Rock another reason to take a hiatus and make more movies/money) and then get a title shot at the next one. Figure that Booker will get his rematch at or before the next PPV so that he can win the title and then lose it to Goldberg (WCW fued?) thereby keeping Goldberg's record intact, giving him the title, and avoid having Goldberg face HHH (who I'm way tired of now anyway).

Personally give me more of Trish vs Victoria and I'm happy. Very Happy
But please, enough of Jazz. She is just plain disgusting.

Well, I havent seen the WWE for quite some weeks now, but last time, Stone Cold was fired cuz he didnt show to one of the brands for a match he had. (in brands I mean, RAW IS WAR and Smackdown! for those who are not familiar with it.) So they fired his ass out ! It was the 2nd time he did it, so they fired him. And I dont know if he's comming back or not though. About Goldberg and that, if he is in WWE now, he will win Backlash, but you know that a match with HHH is inevitable. I dont like Goldberg for the fact that he IS a clone of Stone Cold, just quietter and bigger, and I dont like Stone Cold for being a stupid cliche of the rebel. I liked Jericho when he was less stupid and wasnt so full of himself. I dont know right now, but WWE is getting worse by the day... still nice entertaiment though !!! hehe The Rock was cool at the beginning, but not anymore. Just another superstar. I think one of the best there is in there is Kane. Big, bad and evil.

Anyway, in summary...
Goldberg will win Backlash and fight HHH very soon !!! hehehe

Heh, if not for Stone Cold there would have never been the Aditude era. The man is the original rebel wrestler. He also didn't get fired, he was just taken off the active roster. Basically payed suspension

And, SCSA is back. Personally, it disgusts me that Goldberg was signed. I think that he is quite possibly the most overhyped 'wrestler' in the business. He's never paid his dues, he was just handed the title of "GOD of WCW" Kind of like HHH being handed the title. He sucks on the mic "WHOS NEXT" is all he can say, and I think thats because there isn't much thought going on INSIDE his head.

Well I can't say Goldberg sucks any more than any other fabricated wrestling icon. On my wrestling game I made the ultimate wrestler...Hollywood Steve Goldberg and gave him maybe 10 moves since that's all the three of them have combined anyway. To be a star you can't have more than 4 moves anyway. Rock had to go to Hollywood, he started using too many moves. I mean, they even gave his Rock Bottom to Booker T (The Book End? Pleeez!) trying to slow him down.
Goldberg will have a manager about a month after getting into the lineup (Jimmy Hart?) to work on his mic skills. But seriously, with Stone Cold injured (he probably can't take the serious bumps anymore), Taker on his way down (Why else does he fight LWs all the time?), Hulk heading to Cherryhill Retire Home, and Rock doing movies, who else is ready? We may be in for a loooong Triple H reign.

:firepissed: I have to totally disagree with you. Do you remember when SCSA came back from the injury and he was a heel? He TECHNICALLY out-wrestled, both Chris Jericho and Chris Benoit, in fact, he won that match clean, with no outside interference or other bullshit, now I know that wrestling is "fake" but, he used moves that Hogan and Goldberg only DREAM about. SCSA is, and always will be, the REASON wrestling got over with mainstream america. Hogan couldn't take wrestling higher than the trailer park, and Goldberg......dont get me started.

Oh, I don't disagree with you that SCSA knows moves, it's just that it seems that once you start varying too much (ie: more than 4 moves) the public loses it's interest. Rock added in the Sharpshooter, Samoan Drop, his Spinebuster, etc (like Austin did with his Spinebuster, for example) but it's always the most bull moves like The People's Elbow that get the biggest reaction. Hulk's finisher was/is a legdrop. How much more basic can you get than that? Goldberg has less moves than Goldust! Spear, Jackhammer, punch...uh...perform...that may be it. He's still a great show and I'm sure he can do more (maybe an armdrag!) but to me it gets boring seeing the same predictable moves...unless your name is Trish.

I think what the WWe needs is some new talent, and for Gods sake actually let em win a match. As long as I can remember, there are like four people who cycle through the title. It's pathetic! Take Triple H for example. How many times has he won the freakin title? I don't know why though, because everyone i talk to say that he's well past what he was capable of doing. I also agree with the moves thing, but to an extent. You can do a bunch of moves if you want, but don't overglorify them like Rock does. Or at least pull out a really great move every once in a while, instead of the same old stuff. And the People's Elbow? Ok, i'll just say what I heard one critic say about Hogan's Leg Drop, "My grandmother can do that better"

I still think a better solution would be to let some of the new guys rise up cause if the WWE keeps stick with the same guys until they retire then the guys who are young now will be well into their 40's when they get the spotlight.

That's why the WWE is where they are today. Who are the big shots now? Triple H...Shawn Michaels...Hulk...Kevin Nash...The Rock. This could have been a Wrestlemania from 8 years ago. Rocky is the youngest of them all. They have no decent HW talent and tho they push the LWs they keep falling back to the old cronies. On top of that they have guys like Undertaker taking on LWs constantly and that only shows that he's past his prime (he was best back in NWA(pre-WCW) as Mean Mark with the Heart Punch).
Everytime you turn around they're bringing back another senior citizen because they just don't know how to give the LWs light and want to keep the focus on the HWs even tho they have no good ones. The women are more entertaining than half of the Heavys.

So where's Ultimate Warrior when you need him? LOL
