Cobbi vs Nacht!! - Longest. Battle. Ever.

[Nacht]

Nacht smiles cutely. She flips her hair behind her shoulder and puts a hand on her hip.

She waves her other hand and sends a little energy ball at Cobbi. It floats around rapidly, zinging everywhere. It lands at Cobbi's feet and detonates, exploding the earth.

[Cobalt Katze]

Cobalt grins behind the cloud of dirt from the explosion as he gets propelled into the air. As fast as normal, he descends in a gigantic pounce towards Nacht, tail flying wildly behind him.

[Nacht]

Nacht catches him around his waist and throws him to the ground. She places a boot on his chest and smiles a cutely evil smile.

She merely waits to see what he will do.

[Cobalt Katze]

Cobbi myaas and paws at Nacht's boot...

He then extends his claws and swips at the laces, breaking them like spaghetti. Cobalt tugs on the boot as he rolls to the side, scampering away quickly.

[Nacht]

Cobbi ran off with Nacht's boot! AND he broke the laces!

Nacht frowns after him and thinks a bit. oh well. I dont like shoes anyway.

She takes off her other boot and chunks at him, following it with a hot blast of energy.

[Cobalt Katze]

Cobalt blinks and rolls to a standing position, seeing a boot being chucked at him. He readys his stance and catches the second boot, holding them infront of him. Cobalt seems to draw a circle in the air with his claw as the energy approaches. As soon as the energy hits the circle, huge gusts of air suddenly surround it and the beam becomes a sphere of energy contained inside the bubble of gusts.

Snickering slightly, Cobalt plops the two boots on either end of the sphere and circles his hands around the contraption, causing it to spin wildly like a helecopter. He raises a hand, and it flies straight up into the air, only getting faster as it goes into the blue sky.

He then looks over at Nacht and grins, drawing his lance again.

[Nacht]

Nacht twirls a pigtail around her finger and batts her eyelashes.

You would chop me up, Kittie?

[Cobalt Katze]

Cobalt grins, tossing the lance from paw to paw.

"M'dear, this is a lance of my own creation... I can choose its solidarity, be it a small breeze, a gust of wind, or a razor slice... The battles are not to the death."

He then dashes forward on a diagonal, swiping up at Nacht upon his arrival. To prove his point, as soon as the lance hits, a small breeze flutters against her skin. Cobalt then leaps away, clinging onto a nearby wall with a clawed hand.

[Nacht]

Nacht touches her stomach where the breeze has swept across. She is impressed; such a weapon is extremely unique.

She floats up to where Cobbi is hanging on the wall.
Nice, but is it any match for this...

Nacht forms an energy barrier around him holding him in place. She then disintegrates the wall with a quick blast to the base of it, while pushing Cobbi down under where the rubble will soon fall on top of him. All of this takes place during the span of one second. At the very last possible moment before the wall will fall on him, she releases the barrier with a snap of her fingers, smiling cutely.

[Cobalt Katze]

Cobalt gapes at the wall as it collapses around him. As he falls underneither the rubble, time seems to slow down in his perspective as he calls upon the wind to aide him. Using his cat's grace, he lands on two footpaws and one hand, then rolls to the side. He reaches out of thin air and materializes the lance, twirling it around at the still-falling rubble. A chorus of wind swirls around the rubble as it re-forms into a new wall directly infront of Nacht. Cobbi then leaps up ontop of the wall and mews, peering down at the dark mistress.

"Almost had me there.. Myehee.."
