FFXII - FFX all over again.

Kinda looking less and less like a FF game, with all that you're mentioning. The big kicker for me though, is that master Uematsu isn't doing any of the music. Instead, the people that worked on the Front Mission series and The Bouncer will be doing music instead... ugh.

You can hear some of the new music, which sounds oddly not original or FF-esque and more of somthing you'd find as an electric piano demo song.

Okay, so I over-exagurate, but it just feels odd seeing FFX moving to that piece that's played in the intro.

This is definately a budget production, while their main efforts go to FFXII. I'm not saying it'll be bad, it just won't have the same spark that a main FF game would normally have.

Hmm.... More and more this is starting to look like a throw-it-together-to-make-some-money project. They're probably counting on the popularity of FFX to sell this game, and not the actual game itself, which is a shame because they had a chance to do something really cool here, something that they had never done before and they tossed it away. It makes me sad. Come Pattsy!
