Here's another one: cheering and booing during games. I can understand in the case of visitor cities, but for a fucking POOL game?! Give me a damn break! I was given the finger every second of those 20 minutes of hell, and everyone cheered when I lost on my last shot.

See, that ain't right. That ain't right at all! Whatever happened to sportsmanship? Whatever happened to enjoying the conflict, the competition without getting so emotionally wrapped up in it? I mean, people have been INJURED, referees, spectators, players, they shouldn't have to worry about someone attacking them from the stands! It just isn't right. We can't become a MOB just because we feel strongly about something! Plus, it's just a sport. It's not life or death. I'm sure the teams will play again in the future, it's not like this is the last shot chance to beat some team and then that's it! Even then it doesn't condone such action! It's just not right!

Now, if it WASN'T a tournament I wouldn't agree with ya. Tournament pool is Billiards which is a gentlemanly/gentleladyly sport. Pool is a back alley street game where your opponent is expected to try ta hit ya at least once with the cue during the set. But tournaments are supposed to be like Hockey...Everyone shuts up until there is a goal or a fast break... Stupid AZians (Arizonans) cheer during the whole thing which really throws off the game...Maybe it's a psyche but it affects the home team too. Damn, this was about pool...Anywho, if yer ever in AZ look me up I'll play pool wit ya. I'm the King of the luck-shot.

Anyway, pool is fun. I just like hanging out with some peeps and chill'n and playing pool, cause none of us are good at it so we sit around and tell jokes and miss shots. It's fun!

I couldn't help myself, sorry. I do agree that sportsmanship seems to be falling by the wayside, which is why it's all the more important to be the one playing the clean game.

Of course, this is coming from an offensive lineman on a football team. Aside from Hockey players, we may be the dirtiest professional players in sports; I claim nessesicity to keep yourself safe though.

It's all good, Rev. It's all just part of the game. Specators going crazy and throwing things and swearing and booing is not, however. I mean, heck, if I'm watching a game between my home team and another team when the other team does a good play or gets a point I clap. Why? Cause these guys are busting their butts out there to basically entertain us, and it ain't easy having to perform on comand. You aren't allowed bad days in pro sports, so I give credit where credit's due, and to heck with whether I like the team or not.
