I do like the fall, but summer certainly has it's appeal. For one thing, it's warmer, and while I'd hate it to be warm ALL the time, it's nice to have a good dose of it every once in a while.

I like winter the best.
Given a choice of eternal heat or eternal cold, I'd pick eternal cold. Sure, being numb sucks-- but so does being sticky, lazy, and drenched with smelly sweat. |

If I had to pick between eternal heat or eternal cold I'd have to go with heat. Why? There are PLENTY of simple ways to stay cool: Go swimming, get a fan, get into the shade. But cold has only one solution: Get near heat. And, while I certainly understand where you guys are coming from (I like cool weather, personally), I'll take having to jump into a pool every once in a while over having to stay within 10 feet of a fire at all times.

But you see, you can always put things on or cover yourself when you're cold, to almost no limit. There's only so much you can take off when you're hot. Once you've hit skin, you have to look for other methods of cooling off. |
