I've only ever seen the movie, but it was cool.

Bebop movie couldn't compare to the series.
It didn't add to the series like it said it would it was just a bounty that took an hour as opposed to 30 minutes.
Good flick if it was on its own..Being a part of Cowboy universe killed it. |

of course it couldnt meet the series, itza movie, movies arent always as good as the series. I just disliked the fact that that was a super coolie bad guy and it ended with the movie, think he would've an interesting addition to the series. but then again maybe not. |

I thought it was great, but I took it as more another episode that was particularily long and better drawn. It wasn't as deep or mind-trippy as say Perfect Blue, but more complex than most of the episodes in the series. I liked the bad-guy, but he needed to die, it was, like many of the bounties and visiting characters in the series, what had to happen for his release. |
