-Improv is not hard, the trick is to not try and be funny, but just let the hilarity of the situation come out

Indeed. I have done improv in the past, and the best stuff always happens when you're not even trying, and it just ends up being HILARIOUS. Besides, people can always tell when you're TRYING to be funny.

- The Artistic Director of Rev's improv group likes it when she can get people to just let a scene flow on auto-pilot, and have the hilaity ensue from there.
