I'm just glad the casualties were kept to a minimum. As stated on TV news programs, when there were blackouts (prolonged) in NYC, there were massive riots, looting, murders, rapes, etc. It was enough to sicken a hardened soldier, cop, etc. But maybe, just MAYBE, people are starting to grow up and become more civic minded and conscientious of their fellow human beings... Yeah, right. |
